Not a user freindly web site
It is very hard to use there website. It will tell you there are 365 cruises on the dates you put in but it will only show you a few. You have to talk to someone in order to go further. I found most of the ships or hotels you use if you belong to I cruise, are the older ones. We did have a team member call yesterday BJ, he was helpful and finally after a year we got something booked. Also found it hard sometime when talking, most don't speak very good english. So hard to understand them. It gets frustrating as a customer to undertand some. I aslo felt that when I bought this membership I didn't really understand how it worked. Now that I understand it more I would probaly not have purchased it.
