Great Product Selection and Customer Service
Product selections are very good. When contacting customer service, both the AI and email experience were very good. Felt respected and like they wanted to make things right. The end of the experience was even more (unnecessarily) generous than I had hoped for. The whole process showed excellent care for the customer experience.
