Cup sides wrong, with difficult return policy
Bought two bras but very unhappy for the items received - I’m B cup and the bra does not reflect true size. End up wanting to return yet it was a mind field to find how to return, the first customer representative was nice and kindly waived the return charge, apparently cost £13.00, but he only processed one return and I had to start the whole processing again to return both, and this representative does not waive the postage charge. All by conversation via an AI side, difficult to say the least, which made me swore I will NEVER buy from this site. Thanks but no thanks 🤦🏻♀️
