I had this lady name Kathy from Bush Garden who confirmed to take care of my dog and yet very mean and just declined because my dog is growling! Girl you don’t even staying with her in 5 mins and yet you turned back away from us. I am not even done explaining that it’s her first time to be with the petsitter. Her approach is not good towards my dog and she can feel it. Not all dogs are the same. She growled at her bec she was mean at the very beginning. I am so frustrated with Wag. I am not going to use this app anymore. I am so thankful that she declined. She cannot be trusted bec of her behavior towards my dog and towards me. I am still explaining and yet turned around and left. This lady was very mean and rude.’
