I just ordered and in reading your return policy I feel that it is unreasonable. I need to open the box to see if the part fits. You state in your policy the box can't be opened and unused. I can see if you actually used the part but not the opening of the box. Also, paying an extra 10.00 for basically insurance in your part getting to me. From what I'm reading if I opt out of the extra 10.00 insurance, and my part does not come and is lost I'm out the total amount. That is concerning.
