I placed an order for some belts the website and my sales INVOICE said "IN STOCK! (16) - Ships within 1-3 Business Days from Florida...". 20 days later still have not received items. After two days of trying to get in touch with someone on the telephone I was able to find out they do not carry stock and they are waiting for the factory.
Everything was exactly as described, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful.
Disgusting unethical and unresponsive after getting money. They said to refuse a product that wasn't needed but still haven't refunded or even acknowledged any communication despite countless calls and emails. They're getting what's coming for them..... Sickening.
Purchased a very expensive repair tool from them back In April, I was sent out a used tool! I contacted them multiple times to resolve but kept getting "ill forward it to the right person" BS. It's now well over a month and still no resolution. BUYER BEWARE!
Bad experience, I ordered 2 trunnions for ADC dryers, the 2 parts were defective, still not responding for warranty, I had to order an extra one for customer to keep laundry running, Still waiting for over a month and a half on warranty,

Arrived in a timely manner and was the exact right part to fix my gas range.
Got a part and want to return. Even I wanted to pay a shelf fee to get some refund, but no exception. They can test it and see, but no wiggle room. Wasted a good product. Very disappointed.
I have been trying to return two items one was broken upon arrival and the second one was wrong and did not fit my stove

Absolutely excellent laundry cart. I bought another one a few months ago from home depot that was just about the same price. I should hqve read the reviews on that one because within a week I noticed it wasn't rolling as smoothly. I looked down at the wheels and three of them were bent like they had buckled under the weight of a couple pounds of laundry. Lmao. I was shocked and pretty upset about it. So thats when I read the reviews. Everyone had the same problem. Very poor design. And you have to contact the company to get your refund but conveniently nobody ever answers their phone. I should have read the reviews. This one from laundry owners warehouse is heavy duty and just amazing. The wheels are dead silent also. Its so nice to use. I have about 60 feet to travel from the washer to the dryer so this cart makes it so nice. Thank you.
My only issue is that it took over a week for the item to arrive, and the tracking process was worthless. However, I understand that this was probably out of your control. I did make phone contact with one of your reps, who was able to identify the whereabouts of the item, and gave me a delivery date that proved correct.

The locks were supposed to be keyed alike. I called and emailed to see if it could be corrected and received no reponse.
I am in Canada and I got my parts quicker than I could by ordering local.However,by the time I got the parts and paid duty,and shipping it costed more than buying local.So I will have to really decide if its worth it for a Canadian to buy from them in the future.Thanks
