Has taken close to a month with no…

Has taken close to a month with no response on damaged product from the manufacturer purchased through the Laundry Warehouse. Picture were provided as requested. I am sure it will be an attempt to blame the shipper and vice versa. Asked for refund or replacement.

Billed for parts I did not receive

I was billed for parts they did not send. The package arrived unopened, however, 2 items were missing and they refused to ship them or issue a credit, so I lost over $500.00, and will have to order them again.

These guys are great very responsive. I ordered an obscure laundry coin box key was initially sent an incorrect one and with just an email the next one was on its way I would call that great customer service. I was able to do that all through there link that they already provided, which made it super easy for an old man.🥸

Unhappy customer

Don't know - won't know for another 24-48 hours. Returns and finding long overdue orders are a hassle and your way of dealing with them is taking business away from me. It used to be so easy to do business with you, now I am looking for other avenues.

Customer support guided me to the correct part. This was no easy task with the plethora of similar parts available. Nice to have knowledgeable help in sorting it all out.

Credit Card issues

The reason I didn’t do 5 star is the my credit card was not accepted when ordering. Had to use a different card than my regular one that works everywhere else

Part died after 3 washes. Not worth the return.

While the price for a temp control switch for my washer was better than others online, it only worked for 3 loads than died. Between paying for the restocking fee and the return shipping, it's hardly worth the return. I will say it was a genuine OEM part, and the shipping was faster than originally told.

Never, ever buy anything from this distributor!!! You'll receive a substandard product that's not the same as the advertised brand, and they don't offer refunds or exchanges. This is a truly disgusting, lousy company. Their customer service is the worst.
