Correct part arrived on time

The correct part arrived on time and undamaged. Unfortunately, well fortunately for me, the old ice maker started working again so the replacement was not needed. I am currently in the process of arranging for return and hope LOW is as efficient processing the return request as they were on filling the order.

Right part good price!

Wish NO STARS was an option

Every time I order from your website, it says Item in Stock, yet every time there is an issue and it's not in stock. Last item I ordered took weeks to ship. I ordered the item, in stock, yet it took two weeks to create the shipping label. Then the label was created on Monday and it didn't get to UPS till the following Monday. Takes WEEKS to get anything.

Good prices and fast service 👌

Good prices and fast service 👌 I had a problem a older Kemore 80 Series washer. Most places charge so much for the parts, it's best to just replace the machine. Laundry Owners Warehouse parts prices in this situation were low enough to make if feasible to repair versus replace.
