I have never dealt with a company so rigid or with such poor communication. I placed an order on 8/31. On 9/1, I was informed that the part was back-ordered until 9/15 and asked whether I wanted to proceed. I immediately said no and requested that the order be canceled. Based on that information, I purchased the part from another company. On 9/2, Appliance Parts 4 All notified me that the order had already shipped—the same part I had just been told would not be available until 9/15. I was then told to refuse delivery. That was impossible because no signature was required, and the carrier simply left the package outside my closed garage. Now I am being told that I must complete a return form and pay return shipping for an order I specifically canceled before being told it had shipped. In addition, I was charged $25.99 for two-day shipping on a part I was told was back-ordered and could not be shipped promptly. I should not be responsible for return shipping or the $25.99 expedited shipping charge when this situation resulted entirely from inaccurate information and poor communication on your end. I am requesting a full refund, including the original shipping charge, and a prepaid return label for the part.
I ordered a part it cost me $25.99 for two days delivery I got it three days later and I have to go and pick it up. It's not being delivered to my house it's going to the UPS store. I am handicap so this is very inconvenient for me especially with the holiday weekend.

Part arrived fast, but the filter housing was damaged during shipment, but… I was able to transfer the new motor from the damaged filter housing to the old filter housing. Washer is back going and wife is happy.
