This company is absolutely horrific
This company is absolutely horrific. 1) I only found out about the return policy today after talking w/a young lady. She explaines there are no returns, only exchanges. The problem is that clothers fit people differently. Everyone has a unique body, so something that might look good on paper might not fit well. So of course you should have a return policy. 2) When I told the stylist to please cancel my subscription, she said she would pass that along. 5 minutes later I receive an email that it's too late to cancel my subscription. I responded immediately letting her know I would contest the charge w/my CC company, and if that doesn't work I would see you in court to let the judge decide. (I have plenty of time on my hands and I would have taken the company to small claims). W/in 30 minutes I received an email showing the refund. So, the general feeling is that they try to cram clothes down our throats w/a horrible return policy, and even shipping out a box after I had canceled my subscription, long before they put anything together. I highly recommend to pass. There are plenty of quality companies out there that do the same thing.
