The customer service to cancel was great, but any company that gives you a free trial so you can fix something, but then charges you when they find something wrong -- without telling you what it is -- in order to fix it, is crooked. Do a good job fixing it, and I will pay you. Find some mysterious thing I have to pay to fix, and you're a crook. Praise for the easy cancel though.
