I ordered a pair of cargo pants
I ordered a pair of cargo pants, and they were shipped from the Walmart in north Bergen nj, as I have never experienced what happened on this order. It was not a wrong size or color, it was a pair of USED cargo pants with holes and lent balls along with dry stains on them. Returning them was not an option knowing that there's someone within the company that would perform this act again. I've tried speaking with customer service and the only response I received was; a link for a return not an investigation to track the employee who does this to its customers. Please be aware its not the money I have a problem with, its knowing their are people that have no problem doing such acts of selfishness to hard working people.
