SCAM! EaseUS sells a 1 month use of their program, with claims that is can recover your files. Then it cannot. Upon requesting assistance by chat, you are informed that "manual recovery" is required and the cost is three times your original purchase. They deny a refund, because "article 8" states that no refund will be given if EaseUS technical support can help. Howeveer, nothing in the refund policy mentions that additional payment may/will be required. Now I am accusedof signing up for a $399 12 month technical support contract as part of an ongoing subscription. No true. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
