Terrible buyer protection, they ignore clear evidence and protect scammers. I had a terrible experience with DHgate customer support. A seller sent me a completely incorrect item that did not match the description. Before purchasing, the seller explicitly confirmed the specifications in the official internal chat logs. I opened a dispute and uploaded unedited screenshots of this confirmation as proof. The DHgate mediator completely ignored the evidence, sided with the dishonest seller, and closed the dispute offering a ridiculous $2 coupon for a $43 order.
