Product not as described, refused to cover return — avoid this site
I ordered a bike light from Lightmalls.com that was advertised with a flexible, adjustable mount. What I received was a completely different product with a bulky hard plastic clamp that doesn’t match the listing or suit my needs. I contacted the seller, and they admitted the product shown on their website is no longer produced. Still, they refused to send a prepaid return label or take responsibility. Instead, they told me to return the item to China at my own cost — which is €50 to €70, more than double what I paid. This feels like a deliberate tactic: advertise one thing, send another, and count on the fact that most people won’t spend that much to return it. I escalated to PayPal, who agreed the item was not as described, but I still have to pay for return shipping. Very dishonest and unprofessional — avoid this company.
