TravelPro Stand Beside your Word and Product!
I am so disappointed in TravelPro that they do not stand behind their word or product. I purchased the Maxlite 5 International Carry-On Rollaboard from TravelPro July, 2024; however, I have used it less than six times. I gave it two stars because I do like the bag; however, the zipper on the larger front pocket separated/misaligned. I have reached out with all requested information twice. First time, I was emailed by Daniela, the zipper did not fall under their warranty; although it states: “What is Covered by this Limited Warranty An "active" limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that negatively impact the functional performance of the product, including Zippers that break or can no longer operate correctly outside of normal wear and tear.” Daniela emailed the zipper replacement was not available and they did not know when it would be available and I was offered15% off a new piece! Second time I reached out, again emailed by Daniela, I was told the same thing minus the 15% off which I had declined. I am only requesting a repair/replacement of my zipper or a comparable piece of luggage as stated in their warranty for defective parts. TravelPro, you need to stand beside your word and your product.
