Word of an advice DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE UNOESS U HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS. I am an Australian who 2 days ago I flew with with Batik. I waited for my flight at my gate which was gate 6G,After an hour passed I went to seek for information. They told me the flight had already departed. When I asked for compensation they said ,u should have been more aware and quickly dismissed me. I had to buy from my own pocket another ticket and had to wait 11 hrs at the airport,
