I am really disappointed with Rococity
I am really disappointed with Rococity. The dresses I ordered did not match the photos on the website at all – the fabric quality looked extremely cheap and inferior. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, I only received inadequate voucher offers and no real solution. It seems like customer concerns are not taken seriously here. I would not recommend purchasing from Rococity.
