Didn’t send until threatened by withdrawal of money
I ordered two items on this site full of anticipation. On their website they said that it would be sent within two weeks so when I didn’t hear anything (also not about delays) for two weeks I sent them an email inquiring where it was and when they would be sending it. After being assured it would be sent within a week and they put my order on highest priority, I didn’t hear anything from it for over a week. So I sent them an email again wherein I once again asked if they had any updates. This time they replied with a picture of one of my (standard) items and a €10 gift card along with the assurance that it would be sent within two days. I was hopeful but realised that a picture doesn’t say anything and that a gift card won’t help if I don’t get anything (it’ll only make me waste more money). Multiple days later I had not heard anything from them, so I started an inquiry via PayPal to see if I could get my money back if I wouldn’t get my package. I did this since the deadline to do so had almost been passed, so I didn’t see any other option. When I notified customer service of this, the package was sent the same day. Right now I have just received my two items in good condition, but it feels like they were not going to send anything unless they were threatened with a money withdrawal.
