Customer service is a Joke
I ordered a t-shirt for a group function and the theme changed. The site’s cancellation policy states that any order cancelled within 24 hours will be fully refunded. There is no customer service number and no way to cancel your order yourself. I tried to reach out to their email support to cancel 14 hours after submitting the order. I have been involved in a email chain for two days now to try to get the order cancelled. Every email I sent received the same response “Can you tell us why you want to cancel your order? can you give us a chance to keep the order? Waiting for your reply, thank you.”
