Cheap Clothes for Expensive Price
I paid $79 for the Corinth Maxi Dress. I ordered on February 24th and did not receive my order until March 6th. When I received the order, I tried it on immediately. Wow, the fabric was so thin and just felt cheap. I was so upset. After close inspection, I noticed a two-inch hole in the belt. I submitted a claim for a damaged item, they rejected it saying it was normal. I too a video of the hole and they corrected the claim and offered to send me a new belt or a partial refund. I didn't want a new belt because I will not wear the dress because of the poor quality, so I opted for a partial refund. I think it's pretty crappy that they have such a bad refund policy AND their clothes suck. It's just a way for them to make money. I asked how I could review the item on their website. They said a link would come a few weeks after the order was delivered. I wanted and didn't get anything. I emailed them and they said because I got a refund, I cannot review it on their website. This is just another way for their website reviews to stay high. It is a disgusting and unethical way to run a business. Do not buy from them.
