Dear VShred Leadership Team,
Dear VShred Leadership Team, I’m reaching out to share sincere feedback regarding the recent coach layoffs and how they were handled. I fully understand that business decisions and restructuring happen, but the manner in which this was carried out — sudden, with no warning or transition — was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, deeply disrespectful to both coaches and clients. Coaches and clients are the two pillars of VShred’s success. The rapport, trust, and consistency built between them are the foundation of client retention and results. Ending those relationships abruptly, without notice or communication, disregards that bond and undermines the client’s trust in the brand. Many of my clients renewed directly because of the progress and relationship we built together — one even signed a 24-month renewal just last month. For them to suddenly be reassigned without explanation isn’t just inconsiderate; it’s damaging to their experience and to the company’s credibility. I truly believe there’s a better way. Allowing coaches who are being phased out to continue working with their current clients — while pausing new assignments — would maintain client satisfaction and protect brand integrity without affecting the bottom line. I’m not staying quiet about this — not out of resentment, but because it’s the right thing to do. I’ve been proud to represent VShred and to serve its clients with dedication and professionalism. But the way this process was handled shows a lack of care for the very people who make this business possible. VShred can and should do better — for the sake of its coaches, its clients, and the values the brand claims to stand for. I hope you’ll take this feedback to heart and begin shaping a more respectful, transparent offboarding process going forward. Respectfully, SS Former VShred Coach
