I recently had a very disappointing experience with Garmade and would not recommend purchasing from them. I ordered a product that was advertised as an original Xiaomi filter, but what I received was not an original product. The packaging did not mention Xiaomi anywhere, and the product itself did not match the listing. When I contacted their support team, they kept asking for more and more photos and videos instead of addressing the issue directly. It was clear that they were just stalling rather than providing a real solution. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, they refused to acknowledge the misleading product description or issue a refund. They also appear to be a dropshipping company, as the item was shipped from China while their support team operates in a European time zone, further confirming that they have little control over what they are actually sending to customers. This entire process wasted a lot of my time, and I found their customer service unhelpful and dismissive. If you are considering buying from Garmade, I strongly advise against it. Update: After placing here the review, they contacted me and made a refund.
