I was scammed and im still waiting for a refund
I want a refund. The product isnt as advertised. The seller blocked me and refused to resolve issue. I recently purchased a Genshin Impact account through this website, which was advertised as including several specific characters. Upon logging in, I discovered that none of the listed characters were present. I immediately contacted the seller and requested a refund. The seller responded dishonestly, claiming the account was never advertised with any characters and accused me of attempting to scam him. Shortly after, he blocked me without resolving the issue. I have reported this as fraud to my bank, but they have informed me that they are currently unable to take further action. This experience has caused me significant stress, and I will never use this website again. I am still awaiting a full refund.
