Process can definitely improve
Everything is done via email and the process is not quick. While their rates are competitive for a refinance, the process takes too long and there is little you can do to get in touch with someone “real time.” Overall the process wasn’t awful, but doing everything through email and having to sit and wait days for the next steps is ineffective and old school. Time to catch up with current times.
