I ordered 2 hug pendants
I ordered 2 hug pendants, one for myself and one for my daughter. After wearing my necklace for just 10 days the pendant was tarnished. I emailed the company and I've had no response. I want to return for a refund but have heard nothing from them. I have opened a PayPal case to try and claim my money back
