Ukraine
Hi, it's a scam site that doesn't give a second thought to processing orders or helping customers. And Kiikio if you're so nice here, why wouldn't you help me for two month with my order via email? I contacted you a hundred of times now, both email, website & Instagram. Not even once was help provided.
I had a horrible experience with Kiikio. Hopefully this will help someone. I ordered a pair of trousers via the website, obviously to my place of residence. However, they shipped it to another country with a different name and address that is not even close to mine. You would think there might have been a misspelling of the street name or postcode. But it was a completely different place that I've never been to, seen or even heard of. For two months, their customer support team passed me from one agent to another, and every time they said the same thing: 'Your package has been delivered.' Yes, but not to me!! Please find somewhere else to buy your clothes, because it's easy to get scammed, like I did.
