Great Support for First Time Pet Sitter
This was my first time offering cage-free home boarding services, and I got my first pawstumer through PetBacker. I specifically chose PetBacker because I wanted a structured and reliable process, and I appreciate how the platform ensures a safe and transparent experience for both pet sitters and pet owners. During the booking, I encountered some challenges with the pet owner’s cooperation in completing the process. However, the PetBacker team was very helpful in guiding me through the necessary steps and ensuring that everything was properly handled. Their prompt assistance in marking the task as completed was greatly appreciated. This experience has taught me a lot, and I now feel more confident in choosing the right bookings in the future. I’m grateful for PetBacker’s support and would recommend the platform to fellow pet sitters looking for a secure and professional way to offer their services.
