Definitely zero stars
I’ve been a customer of Simba but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The service quality has consistently declined — from poor network coverage to slow internet speeds, it’s been a constant battle just to stay connected. Customer support is another major issue. Every time I reached out for help, I was either kept waiting for ages or given unhelpful responses. It felt like they weren’t interested in resolving problems, just brushing them off. What’s worse, there seems to be a lack of transparency with billing and data usage. I noticed unexplained deductions and couldn’t get a clear answer from their support team. I wouldn’t recommend Simba to anyone looking for reliable service or decent customer care. There are definitely better options out there.
