Verifying phone issue resolved at second attempt
i had an issue verifying my phone number to proceed with the checkout, i dont know why exactly it failed but it was a bit frustating my first attempt at seeking the support via Chat went rather poorly, i was asked for screenshots of my problem and since i using the laptop, it was kinda cumbersome, especially cause i had to take another one because Caren wanted a screenshot of the Full page instead of just the issue part and then the chat just closed by itself, bad first help and support my second attempt around 2h later with Liz went surprisingly easy, making a screenshot of the same problem for a third time but she immediatly responded to it and did not just close the issue after making another screenshot of my phone number, i finally got my phone number verified tldr support chat with caren and the issue itself = unsatisfactory support by Liz = gets the job done and i am happy now
