I strongly advise against purchasing from Kole Imports due to their utterly unreliable customer service. I spent over 2 hours trying to reach their support team, calling multiple phone numbers and extensions, including toll-free and local lines, but no one ever answered. I even attempted to contact them directly via WhatsApp, only to have my messages ignored. This complete lack of response is incredibly discouraging and makes it impossible to trust a company that fails to provide basic support. I had a highly frustrating experience with Kole Imports due to their unclear and inconsistent process for providing documentation needed for Amazon FBA ungating. Their FAQ suggests that a $500 purchase is sufficient for specially prepared invoices, but their customer service later demanded a $1,000 minimum, creating confusion and distrust. Additionally, neither the FAQ nor their help section clarifies when invoices or authorization letters are issued, leaving customers uncertain about receiving critical documents. Worst of all, Kole Imports explicitly states that their documents don’t guarantee Amazon approval, offering no assurance of product authenticity or compliance. This lack of transparency and reliability makes it risky to rely on them, as customers are left vulnerable with no clear recourse if issues arise. Update April 22 I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kole Imports and strongly advise Amazon sellers to avoid this distributor. The issues I encountered make it clear that working with them poses significant risks to time, money, and account stability. The authorization letter provided by Kole Imports is highly unprofessional, split across two pages with no cohesive format, and fails to meet Amazon’s stringent invoice requirements. Amazon explicitly mandates that invoices include the seller’s name, address, email, and phone number; the buyer’s details; a detailed product description; UPCs for each product; and the quantities purchased. Kole Imports’ documentation lacks several of these critical elements, rendering it useless for complying with Amazon’s policies on product authenticity or restricted listings. This is a dealbreaker for any seller relying on valid invoices to avoid account suspensions. Additionally, their customer service is severely lacking. Despite multiple emails seeking a proper invoice and clear communication, I’ve been left waiting with no prompt or meaningful responses. "Haaa", and forget about contacting them by phone, they never answer a call. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable for a business that depends on reliable suppliers to operate efficiently in Amazon’s competitive marketplace. While Kole Imports may offer a range of products, the combination of non-compliant documentation, poor support, and unreachable phone lines makes them an unreliable choice. There are far better alternatives that provide professional invoices and responsive service. I cannot recommend Kole Imports to anyone serious about protecting their business and maintaining a successful Amazon account.
