Helpful for sleep but disappointing in the gym

Original review: I ordered HiStrips to try and improve breathing well when exercising as someone who experiences dysfunctional breathing and fatigue. They work fine for sleep and for use at home or outside, but when I've used them in the gym the adhesive ceases to work the minute I begin sweating, even when I've put the strip on well in advance of activity to allow it to adhere properly. Overall, pretty disappointing considering I can feel a difference when wearing it, I'd just like it to stay on when I most need it!
