Wrong Wig Bad Description
I ordered this wig on April 2nd and received it in about a weeks time. However it was not the wig in the description or pictures. I received sometype of 'wet and wavy' curl that was flat and one dimensional. At first, I thought I just needed to wash it and add some curl boosters but after 3 attempts it stayed in its wet and wavy condition. I did receive a response from customer service and I was hopeful they would exchange the product out for what I paid for but after a few email exchanges they just started to gaslight me about washing the wig to bring out the curl. And now they keep erasing my one star review from the site. Very dissatisfied with my experience.
