I am a beginner bassist. I am blind. I purchased a Mustang Mico Plus headphone amp and downloaded the Fender Tone app. I had a ton of questions because the manual was small and the Tone app has small text. I contacted Fednder support, advised them of my issue, and Kane K. contacted my via email. I probably emailed Kane 8-12 times with questions, what-ifs, and how do I's, and he answered each and every one. It's not easy working with the blind over email but Kane did a great job. He cleared up my understanding of what the Micro Plus could/couldn't do and I am now using the device. As a side note, I appreciate that I gor a human response and not a canned AI bot. I told Kane that I have equipment that allows me to read printed equipment and he sent me downloadable links to print manuals and a pdf attachment. He also sent video links that although I can't see, I can haer. All of it was a big help!
