Delivery to the Czech Republic was fine, within 2 weeks from the time of payment. I wanted to change the order and they accepted. Refunds for cancelled goods were fine and fast. I have washed my hair once so far, but it seems coarser than before the first wash. What really bothers me is the smell of this wet hair. Human hair does not smell like this. That is why I will not order again.
