Support? What support?
I was a happy customer of 20+ years... until 2025. My email and chi login stopped working. Tech support has ghosted me in my attempts to regain access, an effort that has been ongoing for three weeks. Try to call? "Can't take calls as the system is undergoing maintenance." It's been like this for a week. Email? My emails get bounced back to me as spam. Create a ticket? Done that multiple times with no response. This is a service business with... no service! AVOID
