Avoid at all costs. Designed to look like the AirAsia site: it is not, and inflates the price of add-ons are every stage, then adds a ridiculous "processing fee" at the end. Disgusting way to make money. Impersonation scam. Borderline fraud. Use only genuine AirAsia site or app.
Once they have your data and email, Traveloka make it extremely difficult to delete your account, giving incorrect instructions on how to do so by hiding the "My Account" setting under "Edit Profile" and the "delete account" under "Password and Security". Neither option is where they say it is. They then say it will take 7 days before THEY DECIDE whether to approve your account deletion or not. SPAMMING mongrels. Do not engage. EDIT: Traveloka have now responded to this review by demanding my email address, otherwise Trustpilot will take the review down. Yeah, great way to respond to someone who wants to remove all their data from your system: Demand their email address.
