For the first printer I'm very pleased.
The printer was received in perfect condition, well packaged, and the manual was straightforward. I'm giving this rate because the printer doesn't come with any filament, I get that you sell the filament separately, but the print can come with enough filament to do the calibration and the first print (the boat). I needed to wait an additional week after I received the printer to get the filament so I can do the initial calibration and print.
