I was very happy that you take refunds but a little unhappy that you make the buyer pay for the shipping. I would rather buy bamboo products through Amazon with easy returns in the future. Also, it was not very clear that the AMS unit came with all the pieces needed to hook it up and that is why I ordered all the pieces. You will not find the AMS unit on my account because another person bought it as a birthday gift from your store.
