★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing and Unprofessional First Premier Home Warranty took my information after assuring me I wouldn’t be charged until they recovered my unused balance from Choice Home Warranty. They never obtained that refund but still charged my card $75 and refused to correct it. When I spoke with a manager named Melisa, she showed no willingness to resolve the issue or retain a future customer. If this is how they handle billing, I can only imagine how they treat real claims. Be very cautious before signing up.
