Delay, Low level Character, Bait and Switch
I placed an order (#47359987) for Fracturing Orbs. The seller initially told me the item was out of stock and offered 15 Divine Orbs instead, which was significantly less value than what I paid. When I declined and asked them to cancel the order, they claimed they couldn’t cancel and asked me to do it instead—something I refused, as it would reflect poorly on my account. After I waited over 36 hours and followed up multiple times, the seller finally fulfilled the order. However, they used a low-level character for the trade, which can put my own account at risk. The overall experience was stressful, unprofessional, and made me uncomfortable with how the trade was handled.
