I had never dealt with Premium Flights…
I had never dealt with Premium Flights before, so I was a little apprehensive at first. But after speaking with Alexa, I immediately felt comfortable. She was professional, sincere, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I had many questions about both Premium Flights and the booking process, and Alexa took the time to speak with me four or five different times. She never rushed me and always made me feel that my questions were important. In the end, Alexa found an itinerary and price that I was extremely happy with. Her dedication and determination won me over. Because of Alexa, Premium Flights has gained a new and very loyal customer. I highly recommend Alexa and Premium Flights, and I look forward to working with them again!
