Customer Service
I was communicating with Paul K for over two weeks on the trip to Bangkok, Thailand round trips from San Antonio, TX. He was very patient and spent as much time as I needed to satisfy my needs. He was calling, texting, and emailing me the number of times until we get to the point when are all done and satisfied. Paul K's customer service skills are exceptional. His professionalism, patience and willingness to assist was greatly appreciated and made planning for our trip much easier than we expected. It has been a great pleasure dealing with Paul. I highly recommend Paul K for anyone seeking a travel agent who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable and hassle-free travel experience. He’s the great representative. I am very pleased.

I had never dealt with Premium Flights before, so I was a little apprehensive at first. But after speaking with Alexa, I immediately felt comfortable. She was professional, sincere, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I had many questions about both Premium Flights and the booking process, and Alexa took the time to speak with me four or five different times. She never rushed me and always made me feel that my questions were important. In the end, Alexa found an itinerary and price that I was extremely happy with. Outstanding Experience with Tom at Premium Flights
I was initially hesitant to book with Premium Flights because I found them through Facebook, and I have seen many travel companies advertise “special deals” that are not really special. However, my experience with **Tom** completely changed my mind. Tom was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely focused on finding me the best possible option. The first business-class itinerary he found was around $3,800, which was already a strong deal compared with the more than $5,200 I was seeing elsewhere. Then, about three hours later, Tom called me back because he had found an even better itinerary for approximately $3,500. That level of follow-up impressed me. He did not simply take the first acceptable booking and move on—he continued searching and saved me close to $2,000 while securing an excellent business-class itinerary on ITA Airways. The support throughout the process was outstanding, the ticket was issued promptly, and Tom made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I went from being skeptical to extremely impressed. I highly recommend Tom and Premium Flights to anyone looking for international premium-cabin travel. This was exceptional service, a genuinely excellent fare, and one of the best travel-booking experiences I have had.
