Outstanding Experience with Tom at Premium Flights
I was initially hesitant to book with Premium Flights because I found them through Facebook, and I have seen many travel companies advertise “special deals” that are not really special. However, my experience with **Tom** completely changed my mind. Tom was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely focused on finding me the best possible option. The first business-class itinerary he found was around $3,800, which was already a strong deal compared with the more than $5,200 I was seeing elsewhere. Then, about three hours later, Tom called me back because he had found an even better itinerary for approximately $3,500. That level of follow-up impressed me. He did not simply take the first acceptable booking and move on—he continued searching and saved me close to $2,000 while securing an excellent business-class itinerary on ITA Airways. The support throughout the process was outstanding, the ticket was issued promptly, and Tom made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I went from being skeptical to extremely impressed. I highly recommend Tom and Premium Flights to anyone looking for international premium-cabin travel. This was exceptional service, a genuinely excellent fare, and one of the best travel-booking experiences I have had.
