This situation started back in February 2026 when I book 2 first class flights with premium flights. My flight was in August of 2026. I came down with a heart condition that the doctor ask me to postpone the flight because if something happens to me out of the country. We were going to to Southeast Asia for 30 days. I call the travel agency and indicated that I had a heart condition condition and couldn’t go on the trip at my doctor request. She got back and said they couldn’t give a refund because that was the airline policy. It was 60 days out before our flight. I called Delta Airlines and indicated to them that I had some heart issues that prevented me to fly overseas. They requested a doctor letter. I sent them the letter and got a full refund. This travel company wasn’t honest with me . All they care about is keeping my 564.00 I paid them. I feel like that I was misguided. They told me it was company policy that they can’t refund my monies for deceiving me.. consumer beware

I cannot recommend PremierFlights.com based on my recent personal experience.
I was working with an agent named Denver to book business class flights from JFK to Bangkok. Initially, I was quoted a fare that was several hundred dollars per ticket less than what I could find directly on the airline’s website. However, when it came time to finalize the booking, I noticed an additional $500 “gratuity” had been added to the invoice without my knowledge or approval. When I questioned it, Denver immediately said, “Don’t worry, I’ll take it off “
He then tried to upsell me on care and insurance packages despite the fact that I carry my own extensive travel insurance as a Frequent traveler.
In hindsight, that should have been a warning sign, but being a gentleman and feeling that he had already purchased a tickets as he is indicated and confirm them I went ahead with the alleged booking.
After I agreed to move forward, I found an even better fare on another five-star airline that I actually preferred. I contacted Denver, but he told me my tickets had already been booked and encouraged me to let him finish the transaction.
Two days later, I received a call informing me that the original fare was supposedly no longer available and that I would now have to pay an additional $200 per ticket. At that point, I declined.The entire transaction seemed like a classic “bait and switch “
This experience reinforced why I generally prefer booking directly with the airline. When you’re spending many thousands of dollars on international travel, transparency and reliability matter. I would rather pay a little more and know exactly who I’m dealing with, especially if changes or problems arise while traveling.
While others may have had different experiences, mine left me with significant concerns about the pricing process and the overall booking experience. Based on what happened to me, I would not use PremierFlights.com again and cannot recommend them.

I am pretty savvy when it comes to booking my own flights, but I ran into a wall. I needed to get from San Diego to Stockholm and back without breaking the bank, and without a 20+ hour flight breaking my back. There just wasn't anything matching my needs available.
