My First Experience with a Travel Agent
I’ve never had a travel assist me before but my experience with Naomi was great. She went above and beyond to assure that I had the proper dates to leave and return. Got me the layover I needed to return to Tokyo. She was very tentative with working with me and my schedule. This is the kind of customer service I expect from a well knowledgeable agent. Thank you for your service. I look forward to work with Naomi in the near future. Thank you!
