I want to recognize Alexa Bell at Premium Flights for the outstanding service she provided while helping my wife and me book our upcoming Mediterranean cruise flights.

Patrick V was wonderful to work with while helping me book my trip to Paris, France. Once Patrick knew what my budget was and understood what I really needed, he made sure to focus on those priorities. He helped make sure the long overnight portion of my trip would be in comfortable seats, while also arranging the shorter legs in a way that helped keep the total flight cost lower.
I really appreciated his attention to detail and how he balanced comfort with cost. I will be traveling with my partner, and we are very excited to go back to Paris. It is where we went for our first anniversary, and this trip is especially meaningful because we are celebrating his accomplishments. Patrick V helped make the planning process easier and gave us something wonderful to look forward to. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Lily saved me!!!
I got several quotes from other companies, however, none were able to find me flights with my budget for business + First Class travel to Europe. Just when I was ready to give up, I came across Premium Flights. Lily was my assigned agent, and it was smooth sailing from that point. Lily went above and beyond my expectations! She was determined and very creative to find me an itinerary within my budget. I booked a 12 day trip to Europe. Lily was able to find me business + First Class flights and saved me thousands of dollars! Lily was incredibly attentive to my requests and was extraordinary with communication. It didn't matter if i text or emailed Lily at 6am or 11pm, Lily responded immediately. If I had a question better resolved via phone, she was always available! It's like she was on 24/7.
Premium Flights has earned my business for all my future travel plans, and I will absolutely ask to Lily!
