Chuck is very detailed and most patient with us. We are seniors and it takes us extra time to assimilate all the details into our plans. He is right on top of flights and all the information we need to secure our travel plans. This is not our first Rodeo with him. He’s the best. I highly recommend him. Buyer beware
Although the initial pricing was good the subsequent service has been terrible. The agent misrepresented the terms and there has been no accountability. I am ultimately losing hundreds of dollars because they told me I could use a credit on any Star Alliance partner, including domestically. However, that is not accurate. They markup domestic pricing so it is 200% of the retail pricing from the airlines directly, thus rendering my credit useless. The only way I would use this site is if you are 100% sure your plans will not change.
