Ater reviewing numerous companies that book flights, hotels, etc. I chose PremiumFlights. I connected with William Garrix as my booking agent. He studied thoroughly what I was needing for an extensive international trip. He not only put together an excellent itinary for my wife and me, he duplicated it for another couple traveling with us. The Business Class booking was priced less than any other company that does this. Also, extremely important to us is his communication level and his energetic personality was above and beyond my expectations. WIlliam continues to check in with me with follow-up of hotels, my satisfaction, and keeping close attention to what we booked to complete seating arrangements once Qantas releases them. Request him, you can't go wrong with him.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re truly delighted to hear William Garrix provided such thorough, attentive, and energetic support while planning your extensive international trip. I have been working with another two different companies over a month and neither could get me the flights that I wanted for the days and times I was searching for. A friend recommended that I speak with Victor at Premier and within 2 hours he had the exact flights and times that I needed and wanted at a price that I could afford. Victor's service and assistance was Superior. He did not waste any of my time with nonsense itineraries. I don't have my trip for a couple months and as long as nothing goes wrong I could not be happier!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear Victor was able to quickly find the exact flights, times, and pricing you had been searching for after such a frustrating experience elsewhere. Diana Jean has been my travel agent for the past 3 years. She has arranged flights for my trips to India, Great Britain and Spain. Diana has worked for days to provide me with several options, she works very hard to find routes to accomodate my age and physical needs. Patrick V was great! He saved us over 1k pp on our nonstop flights to Asia. I had never used this service before and was nervous doing it but Patrick made it easy. I shopped around with several of these services and Patrick by far was the most responsive and had the best followup of any of the companies. They all offered the same rates but Patrick earned our business as he was the hardest-working agent we dealt with. Highly recommend and we will use again.
