Happy first time claimant
This is the first time I have raised a claimed with them and they paid out very quickly even though I wasn't able to provide all the details they needed, so I'm very happy and will continue to use them for everything that the couriers don't cover - in my case it was an acoustic guitar. Please note, however, for your own good please take photographs of the item(s) before and during packing plus pictures of the finished parcel and the address labels plus any proof of value - it'll make any claim much easier to deal with
